Bye bye cravings.

Overgrowth in bad bacteria causes cravings for processed foods and sugar. Decreasing the population of bad bacteria is proven to decrease curbed cravings providing an opportunity for weight loss.

It’s all about the gut…

There are an estimated 370 trillion bacterial cells in the body – most of which are in the gut. The gut regulates a majority of nutrients and toxins that enter the bloodstream and nervous system, which ultimately affects the heart and brain.

Kombucha’s probiotic properties are the live yeast and bacteria that are good for the body’s function. Unlike antibiotics that kill all bacteria, probiotics help remove bad gut bacteria while nourishing and replenishing good bacteria by…

  • Fighting GI tract inflammation delivering optimal function

  • Combating depression, anxiety, and promoting healthy cognitive function

  • Producing healthy acids that cleanse the body

Mental Health

Depression and inflammation are strongly linked together, so anti-inflammatory effects of kombucha can potentially alleviate some symptoms of depression.

Skin

Kombucha improves skin tone, texture, and clarity as it brightens the skin. It also has an active ingredient that combats the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines.

Heart Disease

Kombucha helps reduce levels of cholesterol linked to heart disease.

Liver

Kombucha contains antioxidants that help fight molecules in the body that can damage cells. Antixoidants also reduce toxins in the liver and reduce inflammation.

Gut Health

Probiotic bacteria are similar to healthful bacteria that are found in the gut. Therefore, kombucha improves the overall gut health and supports the digestive system.

Weight Loss

It can help stimulate the metabolism and reset your digestive system for the day promoting weight loss.

Cancer Risk

Kombucha is said to help prevent the growth and survival of cancer cells.

Infection Risk

A type of acid called acetic acid is produced when fermented. The acid is able to kill microbes and help fight a range of bacteria.
